For TEKNE, 2025 was a year of intense work, constant production, and further consolidation of our industrial path. A year that saw us continuously engaged in the design, construction, and delivery of special vehicles and advanced technological systems, in Italy and abroad, confirming the solidity of our organization and our ability to respond to increasingly complex operational contexts.
We completed and put into service numerous vehicles for emergencies, security, civil defense, industry, and defense: fleets of rescue trucks for the Fire Brigade, Advanced Command Posts and Mobile Offices, water tankers for emergency response, AIB pickups for the Civil Defense, heavy-duty vehicles for international markets, and special vehicles for foreign police forces. These are complemented by transformation and repurposing of existing vehicles, which represent an important part of our expertise and our approach to the vehicle life cycle.
2025 was also the year we introduced highly technologically advanced solutions, such as the ATEX-certified ATERNUS-EX electric vehicle, designed to operate in critical environments such as tunnels and complex industrial settings. This project perfectly encapsulates the direction we've taken: integration between vehicle, electronic systems, safety, and sustainability.
Vehicles and electronics: a single industrial supply chain
The core of our work remains internal control of the entire production process. From mechanical design to the development of electrical and electronic systems, up to the final outfitting, each TEKNE vehicle is the result of an integrated supply chain that allows us to create truly customized solutions. Over the course of 2025, this approach has translated, for example, into Advanced Command Posts and mobile units that are not simply outfittings, but true wheeled operations centers, equipped with tactical communication systems, radio and satellite connections, energy autonomy, and in-house developed command and control platforms. Our flagship vehicles are the CEMA vehicles intended for the defense sector. Complex solutions, designed to operate in high-tech environments, where vehicle platforms and advanced systems work as a single system. Some of these vehicles were recently showcased to the general public during the July 14, 2025, episode of the program NOOS – L'avventura della conoscenza, hosted by Alberto Angela on Rai 1, as part of a segment dedicated to the "tactical bubble," which documented real-world exercises in which our vehicles played an active role. This recognition confirms our commitment to developing advanced Italian technologies for the defense sector, designed to ensure effectiveness, reliability, and operational integration in complex scenarios.
The integration of expertise gained in high-tech defense and security systems continues to strengthen our design and manufacturing capabilities, allowing us to operate in civil, industrial, and military environments with a single, coherent industrial model.
Field presence, trade fairs, and events
In 2025, our vehicles were also prominent outside of our factories. Participation in the Republic Parade on June 2nd in Rome was a significant symbolic moment, as was our presence at the REAS in Montichiari, where we presented some of the projects that best represent our approach: the GRAELION AIB, the Advanced Command Post, and the AIB pickup with a swap body, developed in close collaboration with customers and those who work in the field every day.
In addition to industry events, we have continued to invest in our relationships with the local community, participating in initiatives such as "Volontà-ri di Futuro" in Pescara, an opportunity for direct discussion with citizens, volunteers, operators, and institutions on the role of special vehicles and advanced technologies in emergency prevention and management.
Recognition of teamwork
Our strength is the people who work at TEKNE every day. Technicians, designers, production operators, and staff represent the true driving force of the company and the most solid asset on which we continue to build our industrial journey.
After challenging times, faced with responsibility and determination, TEKNE is now stronger than ever. This achievement is not a coincidence, but rather the daily work of those who believed in the project even in the most difficult times, and of those who chose to join the company, contributing new skills, energy, and perspectives. Over the course of 2025, our workforce has strengthened with new hires in various technical and production areas, and we continue to invest in our people by opening new positions and seeking specialized profiles.
TEKNE's growth is not based on individual excellence, but on the combination of specific, integrated skills: mechanics, electronics, software, setup, production, and technical support. It is this daily collaboration, based on experience, responsibility, and the ability to work together, that allows us to transform complex projects into reliable operational solutions and continue to evolve as a company.
Investing in people means investing in TEKNE's future. This is where our ability to tackle new challenges, grow sustainably, and remain true to who we are: an industry built on expertise, hard work, and a shared vision comes from.
Looking ahead
2025 confirms that TEKNE is a company in motion, one that hasn't stopped and that continues to produce, innovate, and deliver. Our commitment for the coming years is to further strengthen our international presence, expand our product portfolio, and develop new dual-use solutions capable of combining operational robustness, reliability, and application flexibility.
We continue to do so with the same approach that has distinguished us for over thirty years: listening to our customers, integrating our expertise, and constantly focusing on the quality of the final result.
